This privacy policy applies to MusicBingoMaker.com, a trade name of De Quiz Brouwerij (KVK: 97283819, Netherlands). Our address is Van Leijenberghlaan 153, 1082 GD Amsterdam. We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

• Order data: your email address, used to deliver your download link and purchase confirmation, and, if you choose to upload one, a custom background image for your bingo card.
• Payment data: payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Mollie. We do not receive or store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Reviews: if you leave a review, we process your (optional) name, star rating and comment. These are displayed publicly on our reviews page.
• Contact form: the email address and message you submit, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Usage data: through Google Analytics we collect general website-visit statistics (pages visited, device/browser information and IP address) to improve our service.

We don't use accounts or passwords, and we don't process any special categories of personal data.

• Performance of a contract: your email and order details are necessary to process and deliver your order.
• Legitimate interest: keeping website statistics and displaying reviews, to improve and support our service.
• Consent: for non-essential cookies (such as Google Analytics), we ask for your prior consent where required by law.

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse site traffic. This may set cookies that collect information about your visit. You can always decline or delete cookies through your browser settings, without affecting the site's core functionality.

We use the following processors, with data processing agreements in place where applicable:

• Mollie — payment processing
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website statistics
• Vercel — website hosting

We never sell your data to third parties and we do not use your email address for marketing purposes.

Some of our service providers (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We don't keep data longer than necessary. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires (generally 7 years). Reviews are kept until you request their removal. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

If you are located in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, the right to restrict and object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw previously given consent at any time. California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. If you live in another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, we will honour access, deletion and correction requests to the extent required by that law.

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
