These terms and conditions apply to all services of MusicBingoMaker.com, a trade name of De Quiz Brouwerij (KVK: 97283819, Netherlands), established in the Netherlands (hereinafter: "we" or "the provider").

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

MusicBingoMaker.com offers an online tool that allows users to generate music bingo cards and download them as PDF files. The service consists of:

• Free use: up to 20 unique bingo cards per session, free to download.
• Paid use: packages of 50, 100 or 200 cards for a one-time payment.

Payments are processed via Mollie. After successful payment, you will receive a download link by email and the download will start automatically. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Digital products (PDF files) are made available immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, there is no right of withdrawal once the file has been downloaded.

The generated bingo cards are intended for personal and non-commercial use, such as parties, corporate events and school activities. Reselling or using the cards for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.

We strive to provide a reliable and accurate service. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the service, inaccuracies in generated content, or loss of download links.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

We only process the email address you provide for the delivery of your download link. This email address is not used for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties, unless necessary for the provision of the service (e.g. payment processing via Mollie).

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
